Delivery Policy 送貨政策

Acer 將提供標準免費送貨服務（訂單金額等於或高於港幣 500 元），並將產品運送至訂單上註明的香港/澳門境內送貨地址。對部份香港境內偏遠區域送貨會收取額外附加費 (包括但不限於西貢、清水灣、石澳、赤柱、愉景灣、馬灣、長洲、南丫島及坪洲、大嶼南（包括但不限於：大澳、塘福、長沙、梅窩、貝澳等))。

如因任何原因無法將貨物送達收貨地址，我們保留取消客戶訂單的權利，且不承擔任何責任或罰款，並將全額退還已付款項。

交貨取決於發貨時庫存情況。Acer將盡力完成所有訂單，但不保證出貨時有庫存。

我們的目標是在 2 - 3 個工作天內交付您的訂單。

客人亦可選擇自取訂單貨品，並於配送地址輸下以下其中一間Acer Predator專門店地址。貨品到達後會由專門店通知可以自取。

1. Acer Predator 尖沙咀專門店: 尖沙咀 K11 Musea 3樓 310C 號鋪

2. Acer Predator 深水埗專門店: 深水埗福華街 146-152號高登電腦中心1樓79 & 80號鋪。

Acer will provide standard free delivery service (order value equal to or greater than HKD 500) and deliver the product to the delivery address in Hong Kong/Macau specified on the order. Additional surcharges will be charged for deliveries to some remote areas in Hong Kong (including but not limited to Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau, Lantau South (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.)).

If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered to the delivery address, we reserve the right to cancel the customer's order without any liability or penalty and will refund the full amount paid.

Delivery is subject to the availability of the stock at the time of dispatch. Acer will endeavour to fulfill all orders, however makes no guarantees of the availability of stock at the time of dispatch.

We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 3 working days.

Customers can also choose to pick up their order by entering the address of one of the following Acer Predator stores as the delivery address. The store will notify you when the order arrives and you can pick it up.

2. Acer Predator Sham Shui Po Store: Shop 79 & 80, 1/F, Golden Computer Centre, 146-152 Fuk Wah Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon
